Aspire Bahrs Scrub
Released to market as Aspire Bahrs Scrub — a 49-lot reconfiguration taken from acquisition to approvals to civil delivery and sold out across two staged releases.

MKLC identified Bahrs Scrub as a well-positioned greenfield parcel sitting on the edge of an established master-planned community, supported by infrastructure, services and genuine buyer demand.
We acquired the site, progressed the reconfiguration of a single parent lot into 49 residential allotments, and managed the approvals pathway, consultant team and civil works to practical completion. The project was brought to market under the consumer-facing brand Aspire Bahrs Scrub, delivered across two sequential stages.
Product, staging and pricing were designed around the underlying buyer profile — first home buyers and young families seeking a leafy-fringe address with access to the Brookhaven community. The release absorbed quickly, with every lot contracted within three months.
