MKLC Property Group was born from a genuine market problem identified more than twelve years ago.
We saw a major disconnect: first home buyers who could comfortably service a loan, but who could not overcome the deposit barrier required to secure home ownership. The numbers didn't stop them. The structure of the market did.
That observation led us into land development. What began as small subdivisions across Northern NSW and Queensland evolved into a broader strategy of identifying greenfield land in strategic growth corridors, structuring practical development outcomes, and creating pathways for individuals, couples and families to access home ownership through intelligently designed land and house-and-land outcomes.
It is a purpose we still hold today, and the reason every decision we make is measured against a simple standard: does this create a real outcome for real people?
