Oxford Woods
Released as Oxford Woods — a 34-lot joint venture taken from pre-DA strategy through approvals, OPW, civil construction and full sell-down.

Oxford Woods was structured as a 34-lot joint venture between MKLC and a long-standing landholder partner. The opportunity required careful pre-DA strategy to establish a viable yield and a credible approvals pathway on a tightly framed, established Waterford parcel.
MKLC led the consultant team, approvals strategy and subsequent OPW process, then progressed the project through civil construction and into market under the Oxford Woods brand. The JV structure aligned risk and reward with the landowner while preserving decision-making discipline.
The project reinforced our belief that the right people, on the right site, with the right structure, consistently produces the right outcome.
